Mount Carmel West is located west of downtown Columbus near the State Route 315
and Interstate 70 exchange. Directions from major roads are listed below.
We are in the newest building on the Mount Carmel West hospital campus in
Medical Office Building #1. Our clinic is in suite 610 on the 6th floor.
The first four floors of Medical Office Building #1 are a parking garage.
This allows for convenient parking to reach our office.

NOTE: Ignore the last two directions -
"Turn RIGHT onto S GREEN STREET" and then "LEFT onto W STATE STREET".
To get to the parking garage: Go straight through the Green Street
traffic light and make the first right hand turn into the parking drive. Follow this around
to the right and into the parking garage. See the purple dashed line in the map detail to the right.
Directions to the PARKING GARAGE: Then take the elevator to the 6th floor.

From the North:
Take SR 315 South to the Town Street exit. This is one mile from downtown
Columbus. Turn right (west) onto Town Street. Go past the first traffic light at
Green Street to the next traffic light.
This is where Davis Avenue, on your left,
dead ends into a large parking lot/driveway. Turn right, and once in the parking lot,
The Mount Carmel School of Nursing will now be on your left. Proceed to your right
to Medical Office Building #1. The first four floors of the building provide convenient
parking. We are on the sixth floor in Suite 610.
From the South:
Take I-71 North and merge unto SR 315 North towards Indianapolis, about
one mile from downtown Columbus. Take the US-62/OH-3RICH ST /TOWN ST. Go
straight on Sandusky Street. Do NOT turn onto Rich Street. Turn left at Town
Street, go under the bridge, and proceed west on Town Street. Go past the first
traffic light (Plato Place), go past the second traffic light (Green Street) and
turn right at the third traffic light.
This is where Davis Avenue, on your left,
dead ends into a large parking lot/driveway. Turn right, and once in the parking lot,

Take I-70W to exit number 99C towards RICH ST./TOWN ST. exit and merge onto
SR 315N. Take the US-62/OH-3/RICH ST /TOWN ST exit. Go straight on Sandusky Street.
Do NOT turn onto Rich Street. Turn left at Town Street, go under the bridge, and
proceed west on Town Street. Go past the first traffic light (Plato Place), go
past the second traffic light (Green Street) and turn right at the third traffic

SR 315N. Take the US-62/OH-3/RICH ST /TOWN ST exit towards US-33E/TOWN ST. Go straight
on Sandusky Street. Do NOT turn onto Rich Street. Turn left at Town Street, go under
the bridge, and proceed west on Town Street. Go past the first traffic light
(Plato Place), go past the second traffic light (Green Street) and turn right at the
third traffic light.
