Immigration Dr. Ronald Bloomfield is a United States Immigration and Naturalization approved civil surgeon. We will assist the applicant with the successful completion of the medical requirements for securing a green card . We do all necessary testing on site and have all required vaccines in our office. We will provide you with the I-693 and I-693 supplemental form at no charge.

We perform examinations most days of the week. We are often able to examine patients the same day they call for an appointment.
